The objective of For Quality 4Q Company is to support and develop excellent services and good quality of life within our society. The company offers training, consultancy, reports, surveys, and development of quality tools. We are especially interested in developing the quality of services from a practical everyday point of view. At its best, developing quality becomes a collective issue – all the members and employees of unit or community are involved, and everyone feels that their personal input is significant. The founder of the company, Tiina Autio, has a long experience in developing social and health care services all around Finland. In addition she has, among others, participated in international development of services for familycarers and elderly people.
